The Preservation League is pleased to partner with the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions (NAPC) to bring their virtual CAMP training for Real Estate professionals to New York State. Hosted by the New York Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in partnership with the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation. 

NYS REALTORS® earn 4 CE hours for this course. 
To receive CE credit, participants must have their video on 100% of the time and actively participate in the course.

This program is designed for real estate professionals involved with the listing or selling/buying of older properties. Topics will include:

  • Identification of historic structures/architectural features for marketing purposes

  • Historic zoning and its effect on a home and its owners

  • Dispelling myths about “old buildings” and highlighting the value of historic properties

  • Economic incentives of preservation 

  • Fixer-Uppers: Adventures in Buying, Rehabbing, and Selling Historic Properties
