Project Description: This EPIP loan for a revolving line of credit provided cash flow for reimbursement grant-funded rehabilitation work in the chapel and church which date to the late 1800s. The work includes restoration of the stone masonry facades, roof repair and replacement, utilities upgrades and interior rehabilitation. The borrower’s goal was to create artists' residencies, art studios, and space for workshops, lectures, exhibitions and performances.

Project Status: Now known as the Post Contemporary the grand opening of the gallery took place in September of 2015. It is the site of art openings and releases.
