Is your professional focus or interest in Saratoga Springs? Would you like to learn more about the city’s historic architecture, historic districts, and the review process specific to Saratoga Springs? Here is your chance to explore this charming city!
Albany/Statewide
Is your professional focus or interest in the Albany/Capital Region? Or are you joining us from an alternate NYS region? This one is for you! You'll learn about architecture and local district review process in more broad terms, and in the context of the Albany/Capital region.
AICP planning continuing education credits provided by: the American Planning Association, New York Upstate Chapter and architect continuing education credits provided by the New York State Department of Education.
Realtor Credits
NYS REALTORS® earn 3 Continuing Education (CE) credits for attending this program. You must comply with all requirements outlined by the NY DOS to receive your credits, including attending the entire live event with your camera on, and being present/engaged for the entire program, and completing the required poll question at the conclusion of the program [Approval M15549].
Planning Credits
AICP members can earn 3 Certification Maintenance (CM) credits for attending this program. When CM credits are available, they are noted at the end of an activity description. More information about AICP’s CM program can be found at www.planning.org/cm. AICP members must be in attendance for the duration of the event in order to receive CM Credit. [Approval 9214197].
Architect Credits
Architects earn 3 Continuing Education (CE) credits for this program. These credits are offered through the Preservation League of New York State and the New York State Education Department. These credits are HSW (Health, Safety, Welfare) credit hours and are not associated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The Preservation League of New York State will issue certificates of completion to architects who attended and selected to receive this credit on their registration. Retain this for your personal records and reporting- The Preservation League of New York State will not be reporting an architects attendance to any entity. You must be in attendance for the duration of the live event in order to receive CE credits.
