Assemblymembers Woerner, McDonald, and Fahy Host Press Conference to Celebrate Historic Tax Credit Improvements
The final FY2021-2022 NYS Budget includes an increase in the NYS Historic Tax Credit for small projects under $2.5million. A press conference on Friday, May 7 will highlight this legislative victory and the positive effect the HTC increase will have on upstate communities. As part of economic recovery, improving program access to small projects will create community revitalization, sustainable economic growth, and the protection of historic buildings and landscapes.
