Learn how the 20% NYS Historic Homeownership Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program can help you save money on repairs and upgrades to your home.

Who should attend? Realtors, architects, planners, homeowners, building owners, business owners, community leaders, contractors, and anyone who wants to learn how the NYS Historic Homeownership Rehabilitation Tax Credit program can help owners of eligible residential properties save money on repairs to their homes! All are welcome but this workshop is specifically geared to homeowners in National Register historic districts, including: Central Naples Historic District, Naples Viniculture Historic District, and Naples South Main Street Historic District.

The Preservation League is pleased to offer 1 CE credit for architects through the NYS Department of Education for participation in this webinar. Certificates of completion will be provided for each architect's individual records and reporting procedures for maintaining licensure.
